Returns
For catalogue pieces purchased directly through the UnioMarc® website, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.
The piece must be returned with all its components and accessories, properly protected and, preferably, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return is made by choice rather than because of a defect or transport damage.
Bespoke commissions and personalised creations are made specifically to agreed requirements and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or presents a defect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, at info@uniomarc.es, providing your purchase reference together with photographs of the work, packaging, and affected area.
Where the issue is confirmed, UnioMarc® will manage the appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer rights.
Warranty
UnioMarc® pieces purchased by consumers are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from the date of delivery, as established by Spanish consumer law. We apply this three-year period to all our consumer customers, wherever they live. If the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence grants you a longer period or additional rights, you retain that protection.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity with the agreed characteristics, quality, and functionality of the piece. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, impacts, or treatments incompatible with the materials and finishes, unless these result from a defect present at delivery.
After-Sales Assistance
If your piece requires assessment, repair, or restoration, contact us at info@uniomarc.es with its purchase reference or certification number.
Each case is reviewed individually, taking into account the materials, artistic finish, and nature of the damage.
