Política de Devoluciones
UnioMarc®

En UnioMarc®, cuidamos cada detalle para que tu experiencia de compra online sea impecable desde el primer clic hasta que recibes tu pedido. Sin embargo, si necesitas realizar una devolución, te ofrecemos un proceso transparente, sencillo y conforme a la legislación vigente.

1. Plazo para realizar devoluciones

Tienes 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido para ejercer tu derecho de desistimiento, según la normativa europea (Directiva 2011/83/UE y Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

2. Condiciones para aceptar devoluciones

Para procesar correctamente tu devolución, es necesario que:

4. Gastos de envío por devolución

  • Si la devolución es por decisión del cliente, los gastos de envío correrán por su cuenta.

Si el paquete llega visiblemente dañado, te recomendamos:

Política de Devoluciones

  3. Una vez recibido el producto y comprobado su estado, se procederá al reembolso en el mismo método de pago utilizado, en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales.

4. Gastos de envío

  • En caso de desistimiento por decisión del cliente, los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán por cuenta del comprador.

  • Si el producto presenta defectos de fabricación o daños originados en el transporte, UnioMarc@ asumirá todos los gastos de recogida y reposición, sin coste para el cliente.

Una mesa que trasciende lo cotidiano. Gracias a la técnica de escamado en cristal y al diseño artesanal de su talla, cada pieza es completamente única.

Cada pieza está meticulosamente elaborada en vidrio óptico de 10 mm, tallado a mano y posteriormente horneado sobre un molde cerámico. Los laterales y la parte inferior están fabricados en aluminio templado anodizado, disponibles en acabados personalizables y diseñados a medida. Una expresión de lujo atemporal que transforma y realza cualquier espacio.

La estructura se sostiene sobre patas cilíndricas, anodizadas .

La talla, ejecutada de manera completamente manual, se inspira en formas geométricas que evocan texturas orgánicas, logrando un equilibrio entre la precisión matemática y la fluidez natural. Cada mesa, por tanto, se convierte en una creación irrepetible y exclusiva, donde el lujo se manifiesta en cada detalle.
