Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our luxury furniture Products to any destination worldwide.

2. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 20 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination, the specific Product, and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the characteristics of the Product(s) ordered, and are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. We do not currently offer free shipping.

4. International Shipments and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the Product price or shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available, so you can follow the status of your delivery.

6. Receiving Your Order

Given the nature of our Products (luxury furniture), please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, please note it on the delivery document (if applicable) and contact us as soon as possible at info@uniomarc.es, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Right of Withdrawal Policy and, where applicable, by the legal warranty described in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Personalized or made-to-order Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as detailed in that policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@uniomarc.es with your order number and the reason for the return. Given the nature of the Products, the customer is responsible for ensuring adequate packaging and transport during the return to prevent damage.
