Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, if you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 calendar days** from the date you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the Product, without the need to justify your decision.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal **does not apply** to:

- **Personalized or made-to-order Products**, i.e., goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom dimensions, materials, finishes, engravings, or other bespoke modifications requested by the customer).

All other Products purchased in their standard configuration remain subject to the general 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-calendar-day period by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email) to **info@uniomarc.es**, including your order number, the Product(s) concerned, and your contact details.

4. Returning the Product

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the Product without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw. Given the nature of the Products (luxury furniture), the customer is responsible for arranging adequate packaging and transport to prevent damage during return shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the customer.

The Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and, where possible, in its original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned Product and verify that it meets the conditions described above, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the Product back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction (PayPal), unless otherwise expressly agreed.

6. Damage or Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
