General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the purchase of luxury furniture products (the "Products") offered through this Website by UnioMarc® (see our Legal Notice for full identification details). By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full.
2. Products
All Products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible, including their main characteristics, materials, and finishes. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may present slight variations from the actual product due to display settings or the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.
3. Prices
- All prices are displayed in **euros (EUR)** and include applicable taxes, in accordance with the **EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme**.
- Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed separately before the order is confirmed.
- UnioMarc® reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to an order will always be the price confirmed at the time the order is placed.
4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made via **PayPal**. The order will only be processed and confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
5. Order Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email detailing the Products purchased, price, and estimated delivery time. This confirmation constitutes the formalization of the sales contract between the customer and UnioMarc®.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to **any destination worldwide**.
- Estimated delivery time is **20 business days** from order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated for specific Products.
- Shipping costs apply to all orders; we do not currently offer free shipping.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply, in accordance with the Shipping and Returns Policy.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs clearance, carrier delays, force majeure).
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, except for personalized or made-to-order pieces, as detailed in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
8. Legal Warranty
All Products benefit from the **3-year legal warranty** for lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection legislation. This warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery that become apparent within this period.
9. Liability
UnioMarc® shall not be liable for delays or failures in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, consumers may submit to the courts corresponding to their domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, or, where no specific forum applies, to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Consumers may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
